Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Parties & Platform Overview

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between all users accessing or registering on the ZICHBYTE private game software platform and ZICHBYTE management. ZICHBYTE is an independent software provider offering stream-proof ESP, 2D/3D skeleton overlays, and private game software licenses for PUBG, Rust, and CS2.

2. Membership, Account Security & Verification

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the email and account credentials provided during registration and for maintaining password security. ZICHBYTE reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts exhibiting suspicious activity, referral manipulation, or terms violations.

3. Delivery Protocols (Instant & Manual Delivery)

• Instant Automated Delivery: As soon as a purchase is confirmed via wallet balance, the unique digital license key and delivery guide are automatically transferred to the user's Orders dashboard.
• Manual Delivery: Custom license setups or VIP software access credentials are securely transmitted through your order details.

4. Wallet Balance & Refund Policy

Purchases are processed via atomic database transactions using your ZICHBYTE wallet balance. Single-use digital license keys cannot be returned once revealed; however, in the event of a technical issue or an undelivered manual service order, the full amount is refunded to the user's ZICHBYTE balance upon review.

5. 10% Commission Referral Program Rules

Every user can invite new members using their personal referral link. 10% commission from valid completed purchases made by referred members is credited directly to the referrer's wallet. Commissions from cancelled or refunded orders are automatically reversed.
